All sales are final. We Do Not accept returned items. Please check your order before completing your transaction. Once your order is complete you can not correct your order later. All virgin hair will contain tracking numbers which makes it easier to track your package. To avoid problems with purchasing our 100% virgin hair your shipping address must be the same as your billing address. All hair orders must show a valid id to recieve your package. We do not accept returns for damaged goods and hygiene purposes. Once your order transaction is completed we began to process your order therefore we are unable to change or refund your order. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please allow 3-15 business days to recieve all items. Note different areas require longer for your package to reach its destination.
